Power and the active Power trial include Manage folders after the first Chat archive synchronization. Open it from the Folders header or a folder menu to browse the folder tree and synced chats, search titles, filter active or archived conversations, and move selected chats or remove their folder assignments. Free and Pro keep sidebar folders and subfolders within their existing limits. Optional folder descriptions are available on every plan.

Chat archive in Advanced downloads a local copy of your conversations for Smart Search and Manage folders. It requires Power or an active trial and shows sync progress, estimated time remaining, conversation count, and the last operation. Turning it off deletes downloaded local archives, disables Smart Search, and removes Manage folders access, while keeping your ChatGPT conversations and folder assignments. Turning it back on synchronizes again as needed. Disabling only Smart Search in Toolbox leaves archive synchronization running. License expiry stops updates and removes access but retains local data. This local archive is separate from archiving a conversation in ChatGPT.

Yes. Chat Folders supports one level of subfolders on every plan. Each main folder and subfolder counts toward the same total: 3 on Free, 5 on Pro, and unlimited with Power or an active trial. For example, one main folder and two subfolders use all three Free slots. Create a subfolder from a main folder's menu, or move folders using the menu or drag and drop. A folder that already contains subfolders cannot be nested.

Deleting a main folder also removes its subfolders after confirmation. The conversations are kept and become unassigned. Existing folders and chat assignments are preserved when you update StylerGPT.

Smart Search is included with Power and the active Power trial, with unlimited searches and result exports. It is not included with Free or Pro. After the initial synchronization, open sidebar search or press Ctrl/Cmd+K to search chat titles and messages locally. Filter by message role, conversation update date, active or archived chats, whole words, and included or excluded terms. Results highlight matches and let you jump to messages. Export selected chats or matching messages with their following message as JSON, Markdown, or TXT. These search exports are separate from Chat Export allowances. Folder assignment follows Chat Folders limits; archiving and deleting require Bulk Actions access. Smart Search requires Chat archive in Advanced to be enabled and its first synchronization to finish. Disable Smart Search in Toolbox to return to native search without stopping archive updates. Turning Chat archive off deletes the downloaded local index, disables Smart Search, and removes Manage folders access; your ChatGPT conversations and folder assignments remain intact.

No. StylerGPT is designed for non-technical users. You can apply themes, change fonts, adjust backgrounds, and enable workflow tools from the extension interface without writing CSS or code.

Yes. StylerGPT supports right-to-left (RTL) text in Arabic, Persian, and Urdu, so you can use the extension with ChatGPT in these languages.

StylerGPT is designed to keep ChatGPT conversation content local for styling, folders, saved prompts, export, and prompt guard checks. When Prompt Guard is enabled, outgoing prompt text is analyzed locally before sending; prompts and findings are not stored or sent to an analysis service. Use the StylerGPT side panel to change themes, colors, fonts, backgrounds, layout, and chat bubbles. Open the side panel from the browser toolbar icon or with the shortcut key.

In the 'Appearance' settings, select your preferred mode: light, dark, or device-based.

StylerGPT includes preset color palettes, a built-in color picker, and 1,000+ theme presets that combine colors, backgrounds, fonts, and readability settings.

The color picker lets you choose colors visually or enter them with HEX or RGB values, then apply the result right away.

Open the side panel, go to Settings, and choose 'Reset to default' to restore the original colors and settings.

You can use solid colors, gradients, or images as backgrounds. You can also turn on BG Roulette if you want backgrounds to rotate automatically.

Choose your preferred background type in the Backgrounds settings, then fine-tune it with the color picker, gradient controls, or image upload option.

The gradient generator lets you create custom gradients by choosing start and end colors. You can also switch to radial gradients for a softer circular effect.

In the Backgrounds image section, browse the built-in image library and apply the one you want. You can also choose a file from your device instead.

The Toolbox is the workflow layer of StylerGPT. It includes Prompt Manager, Prompt Enhancer, Smart Search, Prompt Guard, Prompt History, Enter for new lines, Chat Folders, Bulk Actions, Chat Export, BG Roulette, and YT Summarizer.

Prompt Guard is an opt-in Power feature that checks outgoing prompt text locally in your browser before it is sent to ChatGPT. It can flag email addresses, phone numbers, payment cards, IBANs, international tax IDs, API secrets, credential assignments, and private keys. A warning pauses sending so you can edit the prompt or explicitly continue. Prompt Guard is off by default, does not store or send prompts or findings, and does not check files, images, OCR, voice, connector uploads, or unrelated third-party sends.

Open the Toolbox section in the side panel, then turn individual features on or off and adjust their settings as needed.

Use Chat Export from the ChatGPT conversation header to export the current conversation locally as PDF, DOCX, Markdown, TXT, or JSON. Choose all messages or assistant responses only in any format. The export is generated in your browser instead of being sent to a separate export service.

Prompt History lets you cycle through previous prompts in the ChatGPT message box with Ctrl/Cmd + Up/Down shortcuts. Free includes your latest 3 prompts; Pro includes your latest 5 prompts; Power includes unlimited Prompt History. History shows unique prompt text, newest first; reusing a prompt moves it to the top. The same behavior and plan limit apply to history inside Prompt Manager.

Enter for new lines changes the ChatGPT message box behavior so Enter adds a line break and Shift+Enter sends the message. It is useful for drafting structured prompts, code blocks, outlines, and longer instructions.

Prompt Manager adds a control inside the ChatGPT message box so you can save, organize, and insert reusable prompts without leaving the conversation. Free includes 3 saved prompts and Pro includes 5 saved prompts across the entire library, including archived prompts. Power lets you save as many as you like.

Prompt Enhancer adds an enhance icon inside the ChatGPT message box and supports two modes. Static mode rewrites your draft with an editable template and applies the improved prompt directly with undo. Interactive mode asks five guided questions, sends your answers to the same temporary ChatGPT session, then applies the final improved prompt with undo.

Prompt Enhancer is designed to preserve your original intent, scope, constraints, and language. It also keeps quoted text, code, placeholders, variable names, and proper nouns unchanged unless your prompt explicitly asks for those details to be changed.

Yes. Open Prompt Enhancer settings to choose static or interactive mode. Static mode lets you edit the enhancement template, which must include {{INPUT_PROMPT}}. Interactive mode hides the template and uses a five-question guided flow instead.

Chat Folders add local main folders, one level of subfolders, and folder assignment controls to ChatGPT's native sidebar history so important conversations are easier to find later. Free includes 3 folders; Pro includes 5 folders; Power includes unlimited folders. Main folders and subfolders count toward the same total. Assignment menus show the parent / subfolder path.

Bulk Actions add checkboxes and bulk folder assignment, archive, and delete controls to ChatGPT's native sidebar so you can manage multiple conversations at once.

YT Summarizer is an optional feature. When enabled, it can access YouTube pages to read available transcript and metadata, then open ChatGPT with a ready-to-use summary prompt.

In the BG Roulette settings, choose how often backgrounds rotate and set any categories or opacity levels you want to use.

Prompt Enhancer and Chat Export have separate monthly limits: 3 uses each on Free and 5 each on Pro. Both reset on the first day of each local calendar month. PDF, DOCX, Markdown, TXT, and JSON share one export allowance.

Folder and saved-prompt limits are storage limits, not monthly quotas. Archived prompts count toward the saved-prompt limit. Deleting an item frees capacity; archiving a prompt does not.

When you reach a limit, you can keep using the included capacity, free a saved slot, wait for a monthly reset, or upgrade. Power provides unlimited access to these five power-ups and adds Smart Search, Bulk Actions, BG Roulette, YT Summarizer, Prompt Guard, and theme presets.

Usage is stored in your browser installation and shared across its tabs, not synchronized across devices. Folder capacity, saved prompt capacity, and recent history are not monthly allowances.

Chat Export saves a conversation with either all messages or only assistant responses. Both options count as one export. Smart Search result exports are separate and do not use this allowance. Free includes 3 exports per month and Pro includes 5, in total across PDF, DOCX, Markdown, TXT, and JSON. Exporting the same conversation again, including in another format, uses another allowance. Opening the tool uses nothing. An export counts when the generated file is handed to your browser. Extension errors or cancellations before that point do not count; canceling the browser's Save As dialog afterward does not restore a use.

Your saved items stay stored. Main folders and subfolders share the same folder allowance. A locked main folder can still expand to show usable subfolders. Free keeps 3 chat folders and 3 saved prompts usable; Pro keeps 5 of each. The earliest-created folders and most recently created, non-deleted saved prompts remain usable within your plan's capacity. The prompt allowance covers the entire library, including archived prompts, rather than applying per folder. Items beyond your plan's capacity stay locked. Deleting an item frees capacity; archiving a prompt does not. Prompt History shows the latest 3 prompts on Free and 5 on Pro. Power includes unlimited Prompt History and restores access to retained items.

No. An enhancement counts after the improved prompt is applied. Failed or canceled enhancement operations do not count, and opening settings uses nothing. Static and interactive modes share one allowance: 3 enhancements per month on Free and 5 on Pro.

You can keep using the included capacity, delete saved items to make room, or wait for monthly enhancement and export allowances to reset. Pro raises each of the five Free limits from 3 to 5. It depends on the plan. Pro is intended for 1 device, Power is intended for up to 3 devices, Pro Lifetime is intended for 1 device, and Power Lifetime is intended for up to 3 devices.

Yes. Deactivate the license on the old PC, then activate it on the new one with the same license key.

Refund rules depend on the license type. Lifetime license refunds are available during the first 7 days only if the license has not been activated. Monthly and annual subscriptions are not refundable unless required by law, but you can cancel them to prevent future renewal charges. Use the free trial first to test your workflow.
