A prompt library for the work you repeat
Keep the instructions that already work
A useful prompt often contains more than a question: the structure you want, the evidence to include, and the assumptions to avoid. Save those instructions with a clear title instead of rebuilding them every time. Use folders to separate research, writing and other recurring tasks.
Review a prompt before you reuse it
The demo starts with a small, fictional library. After enabling Prompt manager in Toolbox, it opens the library from the composer, selects Research and expands Synthesize customer interviews. The saved instructions ask for three themes, supporting quotes and a next step, while keeping evidence separate from assumptions.
Insert your starting point, then add context
Select Insert to bring the saved text into ChatGPT. It remains a draft: add your interview notes or adjust the instructions before sending. For templates with changing details, add variables in the prompt editor and fill them in when you insert the prompt.
Find it again without leaving the composer
Use search and folders in the library, or type // at the start of the message box for quick access to saved prompts. The quick-access trigger can be changed in Prompt manager settings. Your library is stored locally in the browser where you use StylerGPT.
About Prompt Manager
How do I open Prompt Manager in ChatGPT?
Install StylerGPT and check that Prompt manager is enabled in Toolbox. Then click the Prompt Manager icon inside the ChatGPT message box. The demo opens the StylerGPT panel from the pinned browser icon as a visual shortcut; the prompt library itself opens from the composer.
How do I save a reusable ChatGPT prompt?
Open Prompt Manager and choose New prompt. Add a title and prompt content, choose a folder if you want one, then select Save. You can also use Use current composer text to start from a draft you have already written. Your saved prompt can be edited later.
Does Insert send the prompt to ChatGPT?
No. Insert places the saved instructions in the message box and closes Prompt Manager. You can add context, change the wording or paste your source material before sending. In this demo, the research prompt stays in the composer with a placeholder for anonymized interview notes.
Can I organize and search my saved prompts?
Yes. Create folders for different kinds of work, search your prompts, mark favorites and choose Default order or Most used. You can also archive prompts you want to keep out of the active library. The History category appears when prompt history is enabled.
Can saved prompts include variables?
Yes. The prompt editor supports variables with names, help text and default values. When you insert a prompt that has variables, Prompt Manager asks you to fill them in first. The demo uses a prompt without variables, so Insert takes it straight to the composer.
Where are my saved prompts stored?
Prompt Manager stores its library locally in your browser. It does not automatically sync that library to another browser or device. The number of saved prompts available depends on your StylerGPT plan; check the current pricing page for allowances.
