Example workflow

Two coastal soundscape papers may use similar language while recording at different times or excluding different conditions. Keep those distinctions visible before drawing a comparison.
Define the comparison

Extract reported conditions
Insert your protocol-review prompt with the relevant source passage. Ask for equipment, recording windows, weather exclusions, and missing details, with a supporting passage for each reported condition.
Inspect the mismatch

Is an export a reproducible research record?
It preserves the discussion you export, but it is not an experiment log or a guarantee of reproducibility. Keep datasets, code, environment details, and verified results in your existing research system.
