A warehouse team reports repeated aisle detours. Before recommending a layout change, distinguish what the observations show from explanations that still need checking.
Bound the engagement
Create Warehouse picking pilot / Floor observations. Describe the decision the client needs to make and supply approved, anonymized observation notes without employee-level performance records.
Challenge the first explanation
Insert your process-evidence prompt. Ask for competing explanations for the detours and the extra observations that would help distinguish them. Avoid presenting a plausible cause as a measured finding.
Define a small comparison
Discuss the proposed checks with the client’s process owner. Record the agreed pilot scope, constraints, and evaluation criteria in the conversation, keeping unapproved suggestions separate.
Write the working memo
Export as Picking pilot memo.docx. Edit the relevant evidence and open questions into your deliverable, verify confidentiality, and get the pilot approved through the client’s usual process.

Questions about this workflow
Do folders isolate confidential client data?
No. Folders are an organizational feature in your browser, not separate permissions or secure client workspaces. Follow your organization's policies for which data may be used with ChatGPT.
Does Prompt Guard anonymize a client document?
No. It checks supported outgoing text and pauses sending when it detects supported patterns. You decide what to edit. Files, images, voice, and connector uploads are outside its checks.
Can I send an export straight to a client?
Review it first for confidential details, unsupported conclusions, and superseded drafts. Exporting provides a file; it does not make the content an approved deliverable.
