Use a studio name, a personal workspace label or a small logo that feels familiar. Brand Mask replaces supported ChatGPT branding in your own interface. In this demo, Northstar Studio brings a simple star mark to a workspace for product planning and customer research.

Open Brand mask in the StylerGPT panel. Upload an image from your device and see it appear in the preview. Type a name of up to 24 characters, check how it looks, then select Apply. The two settings work independently, so you can personalize either one or both.
Personal branding for your own view
Your conversations, account and AI model remain the same. The change lives in the interface you see with StylerGPT active. Choose a compact logo that stays recognizable in light and dark mode. When you want the original look, the name and logo each have their own Reset control.
About Brand Mask
How do I change the ChatGPT name and logo?
Open StylerGPT while you are on ChatGPT and choose Brand mask. Select Upload to choose an image from your device. Enter a custom brand name, then select Apply or press Enter. The logo applies when you upload it; the name applies when you confirm it. Brand Mask requires a StylerGPT plan or trial with access to the feature.
Can I change only the name or only the logo?
Yes. The name and logo have separate controls. You can keep the original ChatGPT logo and use a custom name, or upload your own logo while keeping the original label. The panel preview shows the name as you type, before you select Apply.
How long can my custom workspace name be?
The name can contain up to 24 characters. StylerGPT removes spaces at the beginning and end when you apply it. A short, recognizable name works well in the sidebar, where long labels can be shortened visually to fit the available space.
What kind of logo should I upload?
Choose an image file, such as a PNG, WebP or SVG. A simple mark works best at the small size used in the ChatGPT sidebar. The logo keeps its proportions, and the panel gives you a larger preview. The uploaded logo is stored locally by the extension; larger raster images are optimized for display.
Does Brand Mask change my ChatGPT account or AI model?
No. Brand Mask changes the visible branding in your ChatGPT interface. Your account and AI model stay the same, and the browser address remains chatgpt.com. It is a personal appearance setting, not an anonymization tool or a separate AI service.
How do I restore the original ChatGPT branding?
Use Reset beside the logo to remove your custom image, or Reset beside the name to restore the ChatGPT label. These controls appear after you customize the corresponding setting. Resetting the name reloads the ChatGPT page to restore the original branding.
Is this demo interactive?
The demo runs automatically with a fictional Northstar Studio logo and name. The cursor, file selection and upload are simulated. Pause and Replay control the demonstration. It follows the website’s light or dark mode. The pinned extension icon opens a modal here as a demonstration convention; the panel’s real presentation depends on your browser and StylerGPT settings.
