Manage several conversations in one pass
Recall your latest prompt first
You are drafting a product launch update and want to revisit how you asked for release priorities. Click the message box and press Ctrl + ↑ to bring back your most recent prompt. Press it again to reach the earlier customer interview summary. On a Mac, use Cmd + ↑.
Move forward to your unfinished draft
Press Ctrl/Cmd + ↓ to move back toward newer prompts. Continue past the newest one to restore the draft you were writing before you opened history. The demo ends with the original launch update text back in the composer, ready for you to continue.
Review the text before sending
Recalling a prompt only fills the composer. Keep the wording, edit it for a different task or return to your draft. Nothing is submitted until you choose to send. When you send a reused prompt, it becomes the most recent entry in your unique prompt history.
Keep recent prompts close to your work
Prompt history stays in your local browser and records prompts sent while the feature is enabled. It works without synchronizing Chat archive. For a visual list, open Prompt Manager and select History. For prompts you want to organize and keep as a reusable library, use Prompt Manager’s saved prompts.
About Bulk Actions
How do I enable Bulk Actions in ChatGPT?
Open StylerGPT on ChatGPT, choose Toolbox and enable Bulk Actions if it is off. Close the panel and turn on the Bulk Actions switch in the sidebar. Checkboxes and the selection toolbar appear beside your conversations. The demo starts with the tool disabled to show both steps.
Can I choose which conversations to archive?
Yes. Check individual conversations in the sidebar, then choose Archive Selected and confirm the number of selected chats. The demo selects a completed launch plan and design audit; the other three chats remain in Recents. Select All and Deselect All act on the visible conversation checkboxes.
What is the difference between archiving and deleting chats?
Archive removes selected conversations from the active sidebar without deleting them. Delete removes the selected conversations and is not an undoable cleanup action. Both actions show a confirmation before processing the selection. This demo uses Archive.
Can I assign several chats to a folder?
Yes. With Chat Folders enabled, the Bulk Actions toolbar also includes Assign to a folder. Select the conversations, open the folder picker and choose a destination. The folder action is available when Chat Folders is enabled.
Do I need to synchronize Chat archive first?
Bulk Actions operates on the conversations in the ChatGPT sidebar; it does not require a Smart Search index or a Chat archive synchronization first. You need to be signed in to ChatGPT and have access to Bulk Actions in StylerGPT.
What happens while a bulk action is running?
A progress window shows how many chats have been processed, how many succeeded and whether any failed. Keep the tab open until processing finishes. Successfully processed conversations leave the active list; failed conversations remain selected so you can review them.
Does this demo change my conversations?
No. Every chat, click and progress update here is simulated with fictional content. In the extension, the confirmed action applies to the conversations you actually select. The demo opens the StylerGPT panel as a modal from the pinned icon to keep the steps visible.
