Research summaries, launch plans and detailed explanations can mean a lot of time with the same text on screen. Open Typography in StylerGPT to browse font previews, filter by font family or search for a name. Selecting a font updates the preview and applies it to ChatGPT immediately.
Change the text size, with matching line spacing
Choose from four message sizes: SM, MD, LG and XL. In this demo, a fictional product launch plan moves from the default size to LG: 20-pixel text with 34-pixel line spacing. Read the same answer before and after the change to see how the larger type changes its layout. The font preview in the panel stays at its own preview size.
Keep your changes focused on the conversation
After choosing Work Sans, the demo switches Applies to from Entire interface to Chat messages. The answer keeps the new font while the surrounding navigation returns to its original typography. Font family and message size work independently, so you can keep larger answers without changing every label in the interface.

How do I change the font in ChatGPT?
Install StylerGPT and open its panel on ChatGPT. Choose Typography, select a font family from the catalog’s dropdown, and scroll through its fonts. Selecting a font applies it immediately. You can also search by name. In the demo, clicking the pinned icon opens a simulated modal before choosing Sans Serif and scrolling to Work Sans.
Can I make ChatGPT answers larger?
Yes. Typography offers SM, MD, LG and XL message sizes. LG uses 20-pixel text with 34-pixel line spacing; MD uses 16-pixel text with 24-pixel line spacing. The size setting applies to conversation text independently of the font-family scope. Open a conversation to see the change in existing messages.
Can I change the font only in chat messages?
Yes. After selecting a custom font, choose Chat messages under Applies to. The conversation uses your selected font while navigation and the composer keep the host interface font. Choose Entire interface if you also want your font across the ChatGPT interface. These controls affect the appearance, not the wording of your conversations.
How do I return to the default font and size?
Clear the font search, leave the family filter on All, and select DEFAULT at the start of the catalog. Choose MD to restore the default message size as well. Font family and message size are separate settings, so returning to the default font does not reset a size you selected.
What do I need to use the typography controls?
Typography customization requires StylerGPT with Pro or Power access, including an active trial. The demo shows the controls with access enabled. The extension loads custom fonts from Google Fonts, so those font resources must be reachable. This page is an automatic illustration using a fictional conversation; it does not change your ChatGPT settings.
