A table with stages, tasks and outcomes benefits from a little more horizontal space. In this demo, the same product launch conversation stays open while the width changes from MD to XL. The table spreads out and its cells have more room for text, so you can follow each row with less wrapping.
Four presets, one immediate change
Open Chat layout in StylerGPT and choose SM, MD, LG or XL. Use a smaller preset when you prefer a compact reading column, or expand the chat area for detailed answers and comparison tables. Your selection takes effect immediately and is saved for later chats.
Keep your conversation in place
Widescreen changes the layout around your messages and composer. It keeps the sidebar, prompts and responses in place. You can adjust message colors separately in Chat layout, or return to MD whenever you want the medium-width view again.

How do I make ChatGPT wider?
Open StylerGPT while using ChatGPT, choose Chat layout, and select SM, MD, LG or XL. The width updates as soon as you select a preset. This demo opens the panel from the pinned toolbar icon and shows a modal for clarity; the panel’s presentation depends on your extension settings.
What is the difference between SM, MD, LG and XL?
SM gives you the narrowest reading column. MD and LG progressively use more of the available chat area, while XL uses the widest available layout with a small horizontal margin. The space you gain depends on your browser window and the space occupied by the ChatGPT sidebar.
Do I need to save the width or reload ChatGPT?
No separate Apply button or page reload is needed. Selecting a width saves your preference and applies it to the chat. To return to medium width, open Chat layout again and choose MD.
Does changing the layout change my conversation?
No. It changes the space available to the conversation and composer. Your prompts and responses stay the same, although text and table cells can wrap differently. The demo uses a fictional product launch plan to show that difference.
What do I need to use Widescreen & Layout?
Use ChatGPT in a desktop browser with StylerGPT installed and Pro or Power access, including an active trial. A wider browser window makes the difference between presets easier to see. This page shows the same desktop demonstration scaled down on smaller screens; it is not a demonstration of the ChatGPT mobile app.
